Curriculum Leadership:
- —Ensure that all staff members are aware of, have access to and utilize relevant PYP curriculum documents in the planning teaching and assessing of the program = make sure that the server is accessible, documents or publications needed are there to help teachers (//10.10.10.10)
- Monitor the implementation of the PYP at the team levels and guide the Year Leaders, as mentors, through all stages of the PYP Planner = Class observation and class demo are done to support teachers. --
- Assist teams or individuals with the development of Units of Inquiry = conduct the Planning meeting to discuss and evaluate the plan.
- —Lead teams to develop ways of ensuring that sustained, individual inquiry takes place in classrooms whilst still observing the framework of the team planner.= Allow differentiation for teaching styles and strategies as elaboration of grade level's unit planner.
- —Provide structures and means of achieving effective collaborative planning, ensuring that both the disciplinary and transdisciplinary nature of the programme are upheld = make sure that all of the forms; curriculum map and checklist are filled in properly by the teachers and used for planning. —
Organization:
- —Monitor the implementation of the Action Plans developed as a result of ongoing IB school Evaluation Visits = teachers are being involved in self study and take responsibility of the program.

- Identify primary resources that can be used to support the program. = empower the Parents Support Group to be involved in the program.

- Work with the principals and other targeted staff on curriculum development and the delivery of training and development = POI Matrix review by teachers, coordinators, principals and the heads.
Communication:
- —Access and implement the PYP Co-ordinators notes as they are released on the OCC. --
- Active involvement in the Indonesian PYP Dunia network. --
- Conduct parent information sessions = Parents Info Day, Parents' as Learners for 3WC and SLC
- —Publish articles pertaining to the PYP in school newsletters as required.
- Circulate relevant documentation as it is received from the IB --
- Serve as a liaison between the school and the IB and IBAP
- —Respond to requests for information from the IB = update the Action Plan --
- Use bilingual skills to meet the needs of any given audience when presenting PYP information = the language for presentation slides is English. The explanation (orally), is in Bahasa Indonesia.
